Sign in with your login

Got a username and password from us? That is all you need - the server is built in.

• Open XPlay
• Enter username and password
• Tap Sign in

Sign in with a code

Prefer a short code? Use it instead of a username and password.

• Switch to Code on the login screen
• Type the code
• Tap Sign in

Use your own line

The Player edition takes your own provider. 24 hours free, then €5 / month.

• Enter server, port, username, password
• Tap Sign in to start the free trial

Create a profile

Own name, colour, favourites and Continue Watching list.

• Settings → Switch profile
• Tap Add, name it, pick a colour
• Save, switch any time

Kids profile

Adult categories hidden across live, movies, series and search.

• Add or edit a profile
• Turn on Kids profile
• Opens with no PIN, stays safe

Parental PIN

A master PIN guards grown-up profiles and adult content.

• Settings: set a 4-digit master PIN
• Normal profiles then ask for it
• Adult switch is hidden in Kids mode

Find a channel

• Pick a category on the left
• Or search by name
• Tap to watch

Favourites

• Tap the heart to save
• Heart button = favourites only
• Also in My List

Quick-zap by number

• Type a channel number to jump
• Use on-screen or remote up / down

Catch-up (timeshift)

• Open a channel with an archive
• Pick a past programme
• Plays from the start, pause & rewind

Multiview

• Tap the grid button
• Add up to four channels
• Double-tap a tile for fullscreen

Record live TV

• Tap the record dot in the player
• Tap again to stop
• Find them in My List → Recordings

Open the guide

• Tap the guide button in Live
• Scroll the timeline sideways
• Tap a now-playing show to watch

Set a reminder

• Press and hold a future programme
• Get a notification before it starts
• Manage them in Settings → Reminders

Play, pause & seek

• Centre button plays / pauses
• Sides jump back 10s, forward 30s
• Double-tap left / right to skip

Brightness & volume

• Slide on the left half for brightness
• Slide on the right half for volume

Picture size

Tap the aspect button to cycle Fit, Zoom and Fill.

Speed & sleep timer

• Cycle 0.5x to 2x on movies & series
• Auto-stop after 15 / 30 / 60 / 90 min

Subtitles & audio

Pick a subtitle track (or off) and choose the audio language.

PiP & external

Float the video into a mini window, or open the stream in another app.

Start casting

• Phone and TV on the same Wi-Fi
• Tap the Cast button in the player
• Pick your TV, video moves over
• Controls still work from your phone

Stop casting

• Tap the Cast button again
• Choose Disconnect
• Playback returns to your phone

Browse & sort

• Open Movies or Series
• Filter by category
• Sort A-Z, Top rated, Newest

Details & trailer

• See plot, cast, rating, year
• Play or Watch trailer
• Series: choose season & episode

Continue Watching

• Row at the top of Movies & My List
• Resume from the exact second
• Syncs across your devices

Download a title

• Open a movie or episode
• Tap Download, watch the progress
• Downloaded means it is saved

Watch offline

• My List → Downloads
• Tap a finished item to play
• Resumes where you left off

Free up space

• Tap the trash icon on any item
• The file is removed instantly

Move around

• D-pad arrows move the blue focus
• OK / Select opens or plays
• Back goes up a level

Remote channel keys

• Type a number to jump channel
• Use channel up / down keys

Theme colour

Pick an accent colour for the whole app.

Language

English, Bosnian, Spanish or German.

Multiple accounts

Save several logins and switch without retyping.

Adult content

Off by default. Master PIN to enable. Hidden in Kids mode.

Updates

XPlay tells you when a new version is ready. Tap Update - your login stays.

Clear cache

Reset stored thumbnails if images stop loading.
